MB Reason
Inadvertent activation of the ELT by ground personnel.
MB Description
This Modification Bulletin has been prepared to add switch guards to either side of the ELT switch located on the Instrument Panel Left (IPL).
MB Compliance
Eclipse Aerospace Inc. considers this to be an recommended modification that should be accomplished at the next 300 hour inspection. This Modification Bulletin must be accomplished at an Eclipse Aerospace Designated Service Center
Effectivity
Aircraft Serial Numbers 0001-0300.
