MB Reason
New FADEC Software has been developed to address the following items:
- Improved Thrust Lever Angle (TLA) fault accommodation
- A reduced acceleration schedule in the lower power region for sea level and 10K ft
- Updated transient excursion limit
- Updated thrust lever position threshold
MB Description
This Modification Bulletin provides instructions for loading the new version of FADEC software. NOTE: The FADEC must be updated on both engines of the aircraft (all four FADEC control channels) at the same time.
MB Compliance
Eclipse Aerospace Incorporated considers this to be an mandatory upgrade that must be accomplished within 300 hours of aircraft operation or 2 years, whichever comes first. This Modification Bulletin must be accomplished at an Eclipse Aerospace Designated Service Center.

Aircraft Serial Numbers: 000001 through 000038, Post SB 500-99-001 and 000039-000262, 000266, 000267 Aircraft Serial Numbers: 550-0263 through 550-0265, 550-0268 through 550-0280, and 550-0282 through 550-0284
