SB Reason

Definition of configuration requirements to import and register aircraft in countries which accept TC validated by EASA. Revision C of this Service Bulletin adds additional aircraft configurations per EASA Type Certified Aircraft Configuration for the Eclipse EA500 (Part No. E420-CS-0022), EASA TCDS, and optional/mandatory operational equipment. Revision B changes include: 1) Clarified aircraft effectivity statement. 2) Added Export Control


SB Description

The following Modification/Service Bulletins must be accomplished prior to registration in EASA Member States: (a) All the Alert, Required, and Mandatory Modification/Service Bulletins applicable to the aircraft at time of export. NOTE: For aircraft serial number applicability, check current Modification/Service Bulletins effectivity in the Eclipse Database. (b) Modification/Service Bulletins NOTE: The Modification/Service Bulletins listed below must be complied with as applicable by aircraft serial number.


SB Compliance

Mandatory for all aircraft that are to be registered in EASA countries.


Effectivity

Model EA500 aircraft 000001 to 000262, and 000266 to 000267 to be registered in countries which accept the Type Certificate validated by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).



Export Control

These commodities, technology or software, were exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. These commodities, technology or software are intended for use only in the End User’s country. An export license from the U.S. Department of Commerce may be required before these products can be re-exported, transferred, transshipped on a non-continuous voyage, or otherwise disposed of in any other country, either in their original form or after being incorporated into an end item. Diversion of this end-item or its use contrary to any applicable U.S. government license or to U.S. law is prohibited.
