SB Reason
Definition of ANAC configuration requirements for the EA500.
Revision B changes include:
- Removed Note: Aircraft S/N 550-1001 and subsequent will be manufactured by EAI according to the new production design and all the ANAC approved design configuration will be eligible for incorporation prior to certification of airworthiness & eligible for export.
- Changed Limitations and Procedures: Was: Aircraft Flight Manual, P/N 06-122204, revision 4 or later revision must be used for Eclipse EA500 Aircraft registered in Brazil. Is: Aircraft Flight Manual, P/N 06-122204, Rev 3 and TR014 dated July 18 2012, or later revision must be used for Eclipse EA500 Aircraft registered in Brazil.

SB Compliance
Mandatory for all aircraft that are to be operated in Brazil.
Effectivity
All EA500 aircraft to be registered in Brazil under authority of the Agência Nacional De Aviação Civil — Brasil (ANAC).
Export Control
