SB Reason
This bulletin provides a means for eligible operators to extend the 48 month inspection interval to facilitate operational and maintenance planning.
SB Description
During the height of Eclipse aircraft production, monthly aircraft production approached 30 aircraft per month. This translates to a requirement for large numbers of aircraft to be inspected within small windows of time. To allow operators and service providers to have additional flexibility in scheduling, and to provide for a more even distribution of aircraft requiring inspection within a given period, this bulletin provides for a one-time extension of the 48 month inspection requirements as detailed in this Service Bulletin.

Eclipse Aerospace Incorporated considers this to be an optional service bulletin that can be accomplished based on the operator’s requirements.

Aircraft Serial Numbers 0001-0262, 0266, and 0267.
