SB Reason
Existing wing leading edges deice boots P/N 506430-13 (Left) and 506431-14 (Right) do not always deflate quickly enough before the next inflation cycle.
SB Description
This Service Bulletin (SB) removes existing wing deice boots P/N 506430-13 (Left) and 506431-14 (Right) replaces them with new part numbers P/N 506430-19 (Left) and 506431-20 (Right).
SB Compliance
Eclipse Aviation Corporation considers this to be a recommended modification that can be accomplished at the operator's discretion when a wing leading edge deice boot needs to be replaced. However, the SB must be accomplished as part of aircraft certification for "Flight Into Known Icing".
