SB Reason
OPERATING LIMITATIONS placard may be incorrect. Placard must state NOT APPROVED FOR FLIGHT INTO KNOWN ICING.
SB Description
Service bulletin provides inspection criteria for limitations placard and replacement of placard if required.
SB Compliance
Eclipse Aviation Corporation considers this to be a conditional upon inspection results that must be accomplished within 60 days from the issue date of this service bulletin. Aircraft that have Service Bulletin SB 500-99-004 (Flight Into Known Icing) accomplished are exempt from this Service Bulletin.
