SB Reason
Provide Stormscope operation capabilities. Revision C corrected hole diameter on Figure 4, Sheet 5, corrected rivet count on step 3.B.(1) and added note to step 3.B.(3).
SB Description
This service bulletin provides installation instructions for the Stormscope equipment, and aircraft configuration update procedures.
SB Compliance
Eclipse Aerospace Inc. considers this to be an optional modification that can be accomplished at the operator's discretion based on the operator's requirements (Part 135 Operations for instance). Aircraft serial numbers 000001 through 00008, 00010 through 00050, 00052, 00054 through 00104, 00113-00115, 00120, 00123-00124 must have SB 500-99-005 accomplished prior to or in conjunction with installation of the Stormscope. Aircraft modified with Service Bulletin SB 500-34-018 are not eligible for this Service Bulletin.
