SB Reason
An inspection has revealed some rib damage at random locations within the horizontal stabilizer.
SB Description
This Service Bulletin (SB) mandates a detailed inspection of each rib, the two spars, and upper and lower skins of the horizontal stabilizer for possible damage caused during the manufacturing process.
SB Compliance
Eclipse Aviation Corporation considers this to be immediate in nature and must be complied with no later than June 10, 2007.
