SB Reason
Some EA500 aircraft are presenting difficulties during the wing to fuselage mating operation. The forward wing attachment link can not be pinned without imposing a preload on the wing to fuselage attach point.
SB Description
This Service Bulletin (SB) provides for the installation of an alternate part (Link Assembly P/N 57-121621-1001) to replace the standard forward wing attachment link (Link Assembly P/N 57-108023-1004). This alternate part allows for small length adjustments to alleviate the preload condition.
SB Compliance
Eclipse Aviation Corporation considers this to be an optional modification that may be accomplished, if need be, during a wing to fuselage mating operation. This SB can be accomplished while performing SB 500-57-001
