SIL Summary
This SIL provides guidance on the steps an operator should perform to configure an Eclipse with less than five seats.
SIL Background
Eclipse engineering received a request at the 2013 Eclipse Customer Event to provide guidance on configuring the aircraft for less than five seats. This SIL is a response to that request.
Eclipse Action
ECLIPSE is providing this SIL to clarify the process of configuring the aircraft with less than five seats.
Suggested Operator Action
Owner/operators should follow all applicable FAR, AFM, and AMM policies and procedures relating to record keeping and aircraft weight and balance.
