SIL Summary
This Service Information Letter (SIL) is issued to provide operators with a service update on the split dome combustion liner introduced in June 2011 by Service Bulletin SB60077.
SIL Background
A commercial program was made available to Eclipse that provided customers with the opportunity to embody the new liner at a significant price reduction. The majority of PW610F-A engines were upgraded during the first two years of the program.
Eclipse Action
Pratt & Whitney Canada Corp. (P&WC) advises PW610F-A operators that the commercial support program to incorporate the new Combustion Chamber (CC) Liner will close on 30 November 2014 and the price discount will not be available beyond that date.
